Preah Khan
This is a huge temple full of carvings. It is in the middle of the jungle with good views. This temple is one of the only examples where round columns were used in its construction.
Praeh Neak Pean
This is s small island temple. It was built in one of the last reservoirs to be built by the Khmer king in the Angkor period. Neak Pean is most photogenic in the wet season when the pools are full.
East Mebon
This is a large temple-mountain. East Mebon is an island in the middle of the now dry eastern Baray and is best viewed in the afternoon.
Preah Rup
This temple mountain is similar to East Mebon but they are not. Preah Rup has three tiers of pyramid.
