Simple Beef Lok Lak
Let me share a simple Beef Lok Lak Khmer dish with you. It is easy to make Takes about 5 to 10 minutes to prepare. Serve well with white rice. You may substitute beef with chicken, eel or any other meat.
Ingredients
Beef
Cooking oil
Ripe tomato
Can tomato
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Seasoning
Tek Seeiv
Garic
Onion
Salad
How to cook
Slice the beef into square pieces about the size of your thum. Mix the beef with salt, sugar, tek seeiv, pepper, seasoning and chopped garlic.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, put chopped garic an roast it until brown and put the mixed beef, little bit of canned tomato.(not to over cook the beef)and leave it a side.
Wash salad and prepare it a plate. Put the cooked beef on one side of the plate.
Chop the onion into 2 and slice them and also slice the ripe tomato (take out seeds). Put the chopped tomato and onion on the other side of the plate (with beef’s plate)

Mix together according to your taste
